Igboukwu vigilante men held this guy as he’s trying to run away with this bike which he stole somewhere in Ezihu, Igboukwu.
He confessed of being a native of Ekwulobia and have killed a lady at Ekwulobia after making love to her, he insert gun into her private part and kill her.
